William Buel (Bill) Jordan, 82, died Sunday at North Ms Medical Center in Tupelo. He was born in Arkansas on September 16, 1935, the son of Delmar and Nadine Jordan. Mr. Jordan was a member of West Tallahatchie Baptist Church and had been a welder by trade. Funeral services will be held at Glenfield Funeral Home on Wednesday, at 2 P. M. His daughter, Ruby Golden, will officiate. Burial will follow in Glenfield Memorial Park. Visitation will be on Wednesday from noon until service time. Pallbearers will be Trampis Golden, Joseph McKenzie, Jordan Tyler Thompson, Kylan Thompson, Jerett Jordan, and Jeremiah Settles. He is survived by his wife, Doris Jordan of Myrtle; three daughters, Brenda McKenzie (Joseph) of New Albany, Ruby Golden (Trampis) of New Albany, and Debbie Jordan of Myrtle; one sister, Eunice Sochacki of Arizona; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Wayne Jordan, Bobby Jordan, Paul Jordan, and Jamie Jordan; and one sister, Annie Stewart.
