Tommy Robbins, 77, died Tuesday, November 28, 2017, at New Albany Health and Rehab Center. Tommy was born in Myrtle on April 28, 1940, the son of Talmadge Quitman and Annie Lee Gement Robbins. He was a member of Ingomar Baptist Church and had worked in furniture manufacturing most of his life. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 A. M. at Ingomar Baptist Church with Dr. Terry Cutrer officiating. Burial will follow in Faith In Christ Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church on Thursday evening from 4 P. M. until 8 P. M.He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Robbins of New Albany; two sons, Brad Robbins and wife, Akeysha, of New Albany, and Scott Robbins of Texarkana, Arkansas; a daughter, Dawn Grisham and husband, Sean, of Thaxton; two brothers, Wayne Robbins and wife, Margaret, of Myrtle, and Bobby Dean Robbins and wife, Emma Joyce, of New Albany; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Talmadge Robbins, Jr.; and a sister, Charlotte Ann Reed.
