Paul Wilson Lewis

New Albany- Paul Wilson Lewis, age 73, of Myrtle, MS, passed away peacefully at his home on  Sunday, April 2, 2023. Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 4, 2023 from 5:00 P.M. till 7:00 P.M. A celebration of life funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. April 5, 2023 in the Glenfield  Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Bobby Butler will officiate the service.

Paul was born on June 30, 1949, to Detroit Lewis and Myrtle May Moody Lewis in Union County. He grew up in the New Albany area. He later married his  late wife Alice Lewis; they remained married for 25  years. He worked in different areas from roofing, to mechanic work. He enjoyed to hunt and fish when he wasn't working on cars, he also loved his family dearly.

Paul is preceded in death by his parents, Detroit Lewis and Myrtle May Moody Lewis. He is also preceded in death by his wife Alice Lewis, and brother Larry Lewis.

Pallbearers are, Ronnie Hudson, Danny Cobb, David Clifton, Danny Clifton, Brian Hudson, Shun Lewis, and Shannon Lewis.

Paul is survived by his sisters, Dottie Mardis (Joe) of Waterville, Ms., Barbara Cobb (Danny), Mary Cobb (Don), Brother Ricky Lewis (Jhondolyn) all of New Albany, Ms. He also leaves behind a host of Nieces, and Nephews.  Glenfield Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
