David Lavell Hall, 65, died Monday, May 7, 2018, at Oxford Health and Rehab Center in Oxford, Mississippi. David was born February 3, 1953, in New Albany, Mississippi, the son of the late Clyde and Ethel Bailey Hall. He was a member of Neely Baptist Church, and had been a concrete worker in the construction trade. David enjoyed playing the guitar.Survivors include one son, David L. Hall, Jr. of Blue Springs; three daughters, Dustie Colburn of Blue Springs, Tracy Carruth (Everett) of Etta, and Casey Hall of Blue Springs; four brothers, Jim Hall of New Albany, Clyde Hall of Myrtle, Doug Hall of New Albany, and Mark Hall of Myrtle; three sisters, Faye Cobb of New Albany, Carolyn Hall of Ingomar, and Mona Ray of New Albany; eleven grandchildlren, Emily Hall, Kirsten Hall, Marilyn Buskirk, Gavin Grant, Haley McCord, Allison Cloginer, Austin Colburn, Dalton Hall, Hayden Britt, Brian Hall, and Brady Hall; and two great-grandchildren, Addie Price and Finley Price. He was preceded in death by four brothers, Marlin Hall, Bud Hall, Boyd Hall, and Allen Hall.Funeral services will be held at 2 P. M. on Wednesday, May 9, 2018, at Glenfield Funeral Home with Brother Mitchell Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Ingomar Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 11 A. M. until service time. Pallbearers will be Dalton Hall, Austin Colburn, Brian Hall, Brady Hall, Brian Quillian, and Hayden Britt.
