Billy DeRay Foster, 67, died at Baptist Memorial Hospital in New Albany, on Sunday, February 10, 2019. Billy was born in Houston, Ms., on May 7, 1951, the son of Otha Cavin and Mattie Lancaster Foster. He attended North Side Baptist Church, was a retired truck driver, and National Guard veteran. Survivors include his wife, Patsy Foster of New Albany; his mother, Mattie Foster of Blue Mountain; son, John Wesley Foster, of Harrisburg, PA; four daughters, Kim Cook (Mike) of New Albany; Andrea Senter (Chris) of Fulton; Stephanie Adkins (Gary) of Mantachie; and Kellie Smith (Dustin) of Blue Mountain; sister, Debbie Camp (John) of Tuscaloosa, AL; ten grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren, He was predeceased by his father, his first wife, Patricia Nunley Foster, and a brother, Tommy Foster.
