Beulah Bagwell

Beulah Bagwell, 80, was born in Union County, Mississippi, on November 4, 1935, the daughter of R. B. Smithey and Vance Herod. She passed away Friday, June 17, 2016, at New Albany Health and Rehab. Mrs. Bagwell was a homemaker and a Certified Nurses Assistant. She was of the Full Gospel Non Denomation faith. She loved her family and her friends. Services will be Sunday at 3 P. M. at Glenfield Funeral Home. Visitation is 1 P. M. until 3 P. M. Sunday. Reverend Luther Bagwell will officiate with burial following in Glenfield Memorial Park. Survivors include sons, Jimmy Bagwell, Jr. of Myrtle and Blake (Terrie) Bagwell of Guntown; daughter, Daphne (Mike) Adair of Guntown; brothers, Wayne Herod of Tupelo and David Herod of Dumas; sister, Brenda Henry of Tupelo; eight grandchildren; and several great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, sons, Kevin Bagwell and Jerry Gillam; daughters, Janice Nan Cobb and Sue Pickle; brother, Billy Joe Smithey; and grandson David Gillam.
