Elijah Price

Elijah Price, 28, was born November 15, 1987, in Memphis, the son of Johnny and Rosa Lee Heatherly Price. He passed away July 12, 2016, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Southaven. Elijah grew up at Etta, was a graduate of West Union High School, and attended Delta Technical College. He was a Baptist and a butcher at Kroger. A memorial service will be held at 10 A.M. on Thursday, July 21, 2016, at Glenfield Funeral Home in New Albany. Brother Bobby Irvin will officiate. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 5 P. M. until 8 P. M. He is survived by his wife, Julia Price of Southaven; his parents, Johnny and Rosa Lee Price of Etta; his grandmother, Rosa Heatherly of Etta; brother, Kenny Price of Memphis; his sister, Danielle (Matt) Nolan of Horn Lake, and one niece, Brenlee Nolan. In lieu of of flowers, the family requests donations to Tunica Humane Society, P. O. Box 236, Tunica, MS 38676.
